    Industry Training

    In our Orlando office, we offer the Florida state mandated training for Class 'D' security licensing. (Both the 24 hour and the 16 hour courses). We encourage all individuals and companies to inquire about this convenient training.

    In our Atlanta office, we office duty belt training and Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention classes. In the coming months we will be providing Citizen/Law Enforcement relationship training.

    The Crowne Solutions, LLC Orientation Program (8 hours) instructs security officer candidates on effective security techniques for protecting people and property.

    Site-specific training based on the unique requirements of providing the client’s security service (4 hours)

    First, we developed a post order database that ties into the start-up survey conducted during the transition period. By the time you are ready for our officers to begin their assignment; they are fully versed in the procedures, policies, and expectations of your Company. 

    Recurrent training – based on the post order requirements.  The employee is tested for his understanding and ability to perform the responsibilities of these requirements (4 hours)

    Account Managers and Supervisors are required to complete a course that covers both inductive and deductive instructional methods. Our Account Manager and Supervisors must demonstrate that they can effectively apply these techniques to instructional situations.

    Ongoing training and career development programs for the security officers is provided through self-study and classroom programs to enhance skills that will enable them to pursue opportunities for advancement. 

     

     

 Security Fast Facts:

Training & Development is the field concerned with workplace learning to improve performance. Such training can be generally categorized as on-the-job or off-the-job.

On-the-job describes training that is given in a normal working situation, using the actual tools, equipment, documents or materials that they will use when fully trained. On-the-job training is usually most effective for vocational work.

 

Off-the-job training takes place away from normal work situation which means that the employee is not regarded as productive worker when training is taking place. An advantage of off-the-job training is that it allows people to get away from work and totally concentrate on the training being given. This is most effective for training concepts and ideas.
